Survey on the inventory of local and regional initiatives to address the negative effects of brain drain

Introduction

Concrete examples of initiatives might include talent circulation strategies at various levels, policy tools, collaborations and networks, funding programmes, services and activities targeting returning researchers, alumni and diaspora researchers, networking activities etc.

Information collected via the survey will be included in the inventory published on the EURAXESS Portal. They will also be used within the activities of EURAXESS Talent Circulation Communities of Practice (CoP) and other knowledge sharing platforms to support mutual learning and knowledge exchange within the EURAXESS network and thus encourage creation of cooperative and/or shared solutions towards talent-based growth strategies.

The survey is conducted within the ERA TALENT Project and is coordinated by CERTH (The Centre for Research & Technology, Hellas, Greece), in collaboration with APRE (Agency for Promotion of European Research, Italy) and SAIA (Slovak Academic Information Agency).
